The film was supposed to be released in October 2019 but was delayed for several months and moved to March 6, 2020. By the time the film released theatrically, theatres had begun closing due to the COVID-19 pandemic so Warner Bros. eventually released the film digitally straightaway leaving it without a real theatrical run.
