American automotive designer Carroll Shelby and fearless British race car driver Ken Miles battle corporate interference, the laws of physics and their own personal demons to build a revolutionary vehicle for the Ford Motor Co. In preparation for his role, Christian Bale took race driving lessons at Bondurant High Performance Driving School in Phoenix, Arizona.
Christian Bale had to lose around 70lbs in weight before filming began because he had to put on weight for his previous role in Vice (2018).
